国贸中心垃圾分类在行动
最近，大家有没有发现身边的垃圾桶换“新装”了？
自从 2020 年 5 月 1 日修订版《北京市生活垃圾管理
条例》正式施行后，北京已全面开展生活垃圾分类。
一直将节能降耗、绿色环保视为企业责任的国贸中心，
在第一时间将精心准备的生活垃圾分类宣传卡片发放
给全体租户，并为租户组织了三场专题线上培训。为
便于租户咨询垃圾分类问题，国贸中心还为每栋写字
楼配备专人，解答租户的咨询。
国贸中心将不断完善“生活垃圾分类管理制度”和“实
施细则”，为租户与客人创造更加绿色、舒适的办公
与购物环境。
CHINA WORLD TRASH CLASSIFICATION & RECYCLING SYSTEM
Noticed the new trash bins? With the announcement of revised Beijing’s regulations effective May 1, China World Trade
Center has thrown itself wholeheartedly into trash classification project.
The China World management team has organized three online training sessions and distributed promotional materials
explaining the new waste classification to all tenants.
On top of that, a cleaning specialist has been assigned to each office building to handle any specific inquiries about
classifying the trash raised by tenants.
China World has always been highly regarded in its environmental protection and energy conservation efforts and will
continue to implement the regulations to create a better office and shopping environment for its tenants, guests and
visitors.

体系认证
2020 年 3 月，中国国际贸易中心股份有限公司成功通过 GB/T23331-2012/ ISO50001：2011 及
RB/T107-2013 能源管理体系――公共建筑管理组织认证，获得《能源管理体系认证证书》。
在为期 4 天的审核工作中，审核组专家对公司管理层和各岗位员工进行交流访谈，现场巡查用能设
备运行状况，审查体系标准文件执行情况及设备运行维保记录等体系执行依据，客观、公正地完成
了认证审核工作，最终评定中国国际贸易中心股份有限公司能源管理体系达到了认证的要求。
CHINA WORLD INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED FOR ITS ENERGY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The China World Trade Center Co. Ltd. management team in March received advanced international certification
for its state-of-the-art energy management system, proving again its overall leadership of the industry.
China World received the GB/T23331-2012/ISO50001: 2011 and RB/T107-2013 energy management system in
public buildings from one of the earliest established certification bodies, BCC Inc.
During a four-day review process, BCC Inc. communicated with the management and staff of China World,
inspected the energy equipment and reviewed the implementation of standards, equipment operation and
maintenance records.
